Drivers should be specially trained to be allowed to tank LNG safely. Reservations for a free on-site training: tel. 0800 999 03.
1. Park
Park vehicle in the correct position.
Filling point should be aligned with white line.
Shut off the engine
Close vehicle doors and windows
2. Precautions
No smoking or open fire allowed.
Please don’t use your cell phone.
Wear long pants, long sleeves and closed shoes.
Wear thermo gloves.
Wear safety glasses (or a face shield).
3. Preparation
Remove dust cap from filling connection (and gas return connection if needed)

4. Clean the filling nozzle
Remove any moisture from the filling nozzle with compressed air.
5. Check the filling nozzle
To connect, the levers have to be in extreme-rear position. In order to bring them in this position, it may be necessary to push the red lever.
6. Connect the filling nozzle
Carefully connect the filling nozzle with the vehicle tank. Push the 2 levers forward to lock the nozzle onto the tank.
7. Check and adjust pressure if needed
If pressure of tank is below 10 bars, proceed to step 8
If pressure is more that 10 bars, connect vent hose to the vehicle tank by turning the bayonet connection until it locks. Open the gas venting valve until the pressure is below 10 bars
For Volvo trucks, no need to connect vent hose. Just turn vent lever counter clockwise to open position, until the pressure is below 10 bars. After venting, turn lever to closed position.
8. Payment
Insert the fuel card in the payment terminal.
Choose dispenser n°3 / LNG.
Enter the correct PIN and mileage.
9. Refueling
The cooldown starts automatically. The blue light will be on.
Only for Volvo trucks: de-select the saturated LNG option on the display.The cooldown is finished when the white light is switched on. The system is ready to refuel.
Push the ‘refueling’ button at least once every 60 seconds. If not pushed within 60 seconds, refueling will be interrupted. Follow the instructions and counter on the display. (the white light will start blinking faster to warn you).
During refueling the green light will be on.
The system will switch off automatically if the tank is full. A message will appear on the display.
10. Remove the filling nozzle
Pull the levers until they come to a stop (vent position). WATCH OUT: some gas will escape from the nozzle due to residual pressure.
Press the red button and pull the levers further back. WATCH OUT: If the nozzle sticks to the tank, wait for a few minutes, and use compressed air to defreeze the nozzle. WARNING: Never use tools or violence to remove the nozzle.
Don’t forget to put back the dust caps.
If connected, disconnect gas return hose. If needed, defreeze with compressed air.
